If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Lendzi was by far the worst I’ve ever had with any lender. Initially, they told me they were preparing a contract for $24,000, but I never received it. Then, they changed the offer to $6,500, and eventually, they dropped it to $0 without any reasonable explanation or clear communication. JOHN OK is the worst person I’ve dealt with. Dean called me first thing the next morning and explained the loan program, terms, and gathered a bit of information needed.
