If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience with Lendzi was by far the worst I’ve ever had with any lender. Initially, they told me they were preparing a contract for $24,000, but I never received it. Then, they changed the offer to $6,500, and eventually, they dropped it to $0 without any reasonable explanation or clear communication. JOHN OK is the worst person I’ve dealt with. He didn’t even let me know the loan for $6,500 was also denied, I found that out by researching on my own. Mind you, the interest on that loan would have been considered predatory lending anyways. My experience with Dean McCarthy​​​​ was 5 star. I applied for a small business loan and in less than 24 hours the loan was approved and closed. Dean called me first thing the next morning and explained the loan program, terms, and gathered a bit of information needed. After the conversation not too much time passed when he called me again to sign the approval papers. The terms of the loan were better than expected and Dean made the whole process smooth.
